PayoutTruth ("we", "our") provides free fee calculators for online sellers. This policy explains what we collect, which is deliberately very little.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate geography, device type). GA4 sets cookies and processes data per Google's privacy policy. We do not collect names, addresses, or payment details through analytics.

Waitlist email. If you join our early-access list, we collect your email address via our form processor (Formspree) and use it only to contact you about the product launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

Calculator inputs. Numbers you enter into our calculators are processed entirely in your browser. They are never sent to our servers and never stored.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers beyond GA4. We do not store your calculator inputs.

Third-party processors

Google Analytics (analytics), Formspree (waitlist forms), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your email from our waitlist at any time by contacting us at the address below. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection.
